Mexico...

Deep Sea fishing!!!!
We headed out around 6:30 to the marina to meet up with our boat! After making our way out of the marina we put
in a couple of poles to fish for bonita.. i caught the first one.. tiny but a good sign for the day (or so I thought) another line started buzzing.. another small bonita.. fun just to catch something though..
next we headed out to deep water.. on the way we saw a couple of sting rays jump out of the water and tons of sea turtles but that was all we saw for hours!!!!! so we talked with the couple that went with us and asked them if they wanted to head in and just go snorkling.. within two minutes 6 of the 7 lines we had out started buzzing!! it was so exciting! We ran into a school of striped marlin.. we ended up only catching two but it was really fun!!

Surfing was so much fun.. except for the rash from the surfboard and CHUY not letting me try any big waves!

2nd Grade here we come!!!

I can not believe that 1st grade is over! Wow how time flies!!

Ellie's Run for Africa

Mary Carter ran in her first race a few weeks ago.. she was the second girl to finish in her age group..
She also raised about $350 for the race.. Such a fun morning ... so glad that Leslie-Sims-and Williams came out
and ran too!! The last picture in the post before this one is with the delivery nurse I had with Mary Carter.. she was
so amazing and I will never forget her! I kept looking at her and told her she looked so familiar.. after we figured it out the whole tent way laughing soooo hard... this is the second time I have run into her.. the first was a Fleming's (she was on a
date) but I still felt as if she would want to have a conversation with me..Haha
Thank You Janet Galo! You make a difference in peoples lives!!!

Cinderella

This is from Show Hope's production of Cinderella.. It was absolutely amazing!! Uncle Matt did most of the set design, costume design and was the director! So proud of him!!! The girls loved it~ a little shocked that betsy would not even take a picture with either cinderella??? This may move back my Disney plans :)

Happy Birthday Mary Carter!!!!

This year for Mary Carter's Birthday we did something a little different!! Instead of having yet another party at a bounce house, we decided to go snow skiing! The Whites decided to join us and we had a great time! The girls absolutely loved it! She is still asking if we can go back!
