Snow Angel
Before we went outside we told Betsy to wait just a little bit before she started to do her snow angel so she would not get wet and cold and want to come inside.. The very first thing she did was walk down the stairs and start to make a snow angel.. She had such a good time..... but after being outside for 10 minutes or so she was ready to go in for Hot Chocolate!
Christmas in Mississippi
We headed south the day after Christmas to spend the week in Mississippi! What a fun trip.. sunday everybody landed at MIMI and PaBills for lunch and presents! The kids had a blast together! It was so fun to see Charlie Kate and Truitt together too! They are all just a few months apart..
Christmas 2009
A few years ago we started the tradition of waking up in our house for Christmas. The girls were so excited to get up and see what santa left them... Christmas Eve was full of exictement too.. We hosted the 2nd annual Christmas Eve get together with friends and family! It was soooo much work but we had a great time with some dear friends that we see on a daily basis and some that we see a few times a year! MC and Betsy had the best time!!! Especially with the Landers boys! On to Christmas morning.. Charlie woke up first and after he had something to eat and the cameras were all set up it was time to get the girls! They were perched at the top of the stairs ready to raid the christmas tree! We had such a fun morning..

Mary Carter's Christmas program
Mary Carter had a christmas program at school before she got out for the holidays..
She was really excited about her outfit (not the norm around here with her). So when we got to school it felt like the whole first grade could not believe how nice she looked! They were telling her pretty she was and she loved it! Her buddy Watt said "that is not the normal Mary Carter"! And another boy in her class said "whoa mary carter" when she walked in.. oh yeah she did great in the program too!

Charlie... 2 months
Here are a few pics of Charlie... Can not believe he is 2 months already! It feels so different when you can say months in stead of weeks.. Feels like he has been here forever! He is such a little angel! He is sleeping pretty good.. up usually one time a night between 330 and 430... he had one night where he slept until 6 and it was a little piece of heaven! He had a great 2 month check up.. he weighed 14.4 lbs (89%) and was 24.25 inches (83%) Betsy at 2 months was
11.4 lbs and 22.3 inches.. i am still looking for mc's charts to see where they all stack up at this point.. so far he is a big one!!!
Fashion
Betsy loves to come up with different outfits and different ways to wear things.. She loves to say that she is fashionable.. haha.. what am I going to do with her?
